Taa Arts transforms artistic talents of gifted youth into applicable craft skills that they can use to pioneer change in and around their communities. We achieve this by investing in equal opportunity programs for on-the-job training, providing access to relevant talent to skill transformation curricula and sustaining access to craft practice platforms.
For effective and maximumly positive impact, our methodology is focused on;
Talent identification and recruitment via bi-annual auditions,
Capacity building by offering daily applied artistic training in dance, theatre, visual arts, creative economy, and arts management visual arts for two-years,
Sustainability of craft proficiency, career development, economic empowerment and audience cultivation through performances, exhibitions and arts/culture exchange programmes.
