TAA SCHOOLS TRAINING PROGRAM.

For over 10 years now, we continue to provide access to high-quality, standards-based dance/gymnastic education and world-class professional dance resources for many schools within Nairobi and surrounding counties.

At each partner school, all students from the most basic pre-primary level participate in weekly lasting the entire school term. A hallmark of STP is integration with other subject areas—aligning learning objectives, life skills and physical education across disciplines.

Lessons reflect program and classroom goals, national education standards like CBC, and 21st Century Skills.

Trainings focus on movement concepts, choreographic tools, dance vocabulary, and include liv/recorded musical accompaniment

Successful implementation of this program is pegged on our Royal Academy of Dance, UK qualified Ballet instructors.

The RAD curriculum remains the significant instrument that enhances Quality Assurance in our teaching methodology as reference is not only made to course didactics but as well as it’s accessories such as requisite Trainers of Teaches (ToT), music, attire and the monitoring and evaluation (M & E) toolkit. Currently, 679 pupils in 19 primary schools in Nairobi and Nakuru County are beneficiaries of STP.
